Private visit to the Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum (Paseo del Prado, 8), organized by VEGAP, which will be held at 8:00 pm.  A cocktail will be served after the visit.

Visitors will be provided with a bus service at the main entrance of Hotel Wellington at 7:30 pm.

. Wednesday 26 October

Welcome cocktail, offered by CEDRO, in Casa de América (housed in an elegant XIX century palace, it is one of the liveliest cultural institutions in Madrid, a bridge between Europe and the Americas), which will be held at 8:00 pm. (Paseo de Recoletos, 2)

There will also be an enjoyable Flamenco Show by Konraza company at 8:00 pm. The cocktail will begin at 8:30 pm, and will end at 10:30 pm (aprox.)

CEDRO staff will pick up delegates up at the Wellington Hotel at 7:30 pm to reach the cocktail venue on foot (8-10 minutes walk).

Dress code: smart casual.

. Thursday 27 October

Annual IFRRO Gala Dinner in Casino de Madrid (In 1836, a group of romantic and progressive young men decided to look for a quiet place to gather in peace and harmony away from the frenetic world of politics. They were taking the first step toward what would become the Casino de Madrid), at 8:30 pm. (Alcalá street, 25)

Buses will depart at 8:00 pm from the Wellington Hotel and the Embajada Hotel to reach the Casino de Madrid.

There will also be buses that will leave the restaurant at 11:30 pm for Wellington Hotel, NH Alcalá and NH Embajada Hotel.

Dress code: Smart. The use of jacket and tie is indispensable for men to access to the Casino of Madrid.
