With the occasion of the IFRRO AGM 2005 in Madrid, an international seminar on collective management of reproduction rights at the service of creators, publishers and users will take place on October the 28th, at the Wellington Hotel (where the AGM will also take place).

The relationship among culture, education, information and copyright will be the focus of this seminar organized jointly by CEDRO and IFRRO, to which all participants in the IFRRO AGM will be welcome.
